Fletcher’s Heavy Duty Plastic Safety Step is designed to provide safe, stable access in hygiene-critical environments such as food production lines, washdown zones, and storage areas. Manufactured from food-grade, non-porous plastic, this robust step is built for daily use in demanding industrial conditions — offering a safer, longer-lasting alternative to metal kick steps or stools.

Its wide, anti-slip platform is fitted with high-grip tape for added safety underfoot, even in wet or chilled areas. The unit is stackable, making it easy to store or transport between zones, and it supports up to 150kg of weight. Optional rubber feet provide additional stability on smooth floors.

Available in five high-visibility colours — Red, Green, Blue, Orange, and Yellow — the step can be used as part of colour-coded hygiene zoning or department segregation strategies to support BRCGS and GMP compliance.
