Plastic Double Dolly – 600x400 Twin Stack

The rotoXD54 Plastic Double Dolly is a high-performance, food-grade handling solution designed to securely transport two stacks of 600 x 400mm Euro containers. Its clever in-step base design supports a wide range of Euro stacking trays and stack/nest containers, making it a reliable choice for fast-paced environments like food production, pharmaceutical processing, catering, and retail logistics.

Manufactured in the UK using rotational moulding, the rotoXD54 is built from seamless, crevice-free polyethylene (MDPE) for easy cleaning and durability. With a 250kg load capacity, it can handle demanding applications across cold stores, production zones, and busy distribution networks. The dolly is compatible with temperatures from -30°C to +80°C, making it freezer- and heat-room ready.

Fitted with four 100mm swivel castors for smooth mobility, the dolly can also be upgraded with an optional detachable plastic handle for improved manual handling, offering a hands-off push/pull option. Available in a wide range of food-approved colours, the rotoXD54 supports colour-coded workflows and hygiene zoning.
