Plastic Pallet – Solid Deck, 5 Runner

Designed for use in hygiene-led, high-volume operations, this solid deck plastic pallet with 5 runners offers a durable, food-safe alternative to traditional wooden pallets. With a closed top surface and sealed structure, it's ideal for applications where cleaning, containment, and compliance are critical — including food manufacturing, cold storage, and pharmaceutical distribution.

Moulded from heavy-duty HDPE, the pallet resists impact, moisture, mould, and contaminants. Its solid deck surface supports easy wipe-down between uses, while the full 5-runner base ensures excellent stability in rack storage and conveyor systems.

This pallet is compatible with forklifts and pallet trucks and performs in static loads up to 5,000kg, with rackable capacity of 1,250kg. Protective lips help secure loads during transit and allow multiple units to be stacked with confidence.

Available in a selection of food-approved colours, the pallet can be integrated into colour-coded workflows for allergen control or production zoning.
