The rotoXD91 Plastic Dolly is a robust, food-grade solution for transporting 600 x 400mm Euro stacking containers with ease, efficiency, and hygiene in mind. Designed for high-demand environments such as food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, catering, and retail distribution, this dolly supports smooth handling of single or double stacks of 600x400 or 400x300 containers.

Manufactured in the UK using a seamless, rotational moulding process, the rotoXD91 features a crevice-free open base design for easy cleaning and improved airflow — ideal when working with ventilated or perforated trays. Its strong MDPE plastic frame supports loads up to 180kg, and withstands temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C, making it suitable for freezers, chillers, and warm processing areas.

Fitted with four 100mm swivel castors as standard, this dolly glides smoothly through busy environments and can be upgraded with alternate wheel types upon request.
