Recycled Plastic Double Dolly – Twin 600x400 Stack

The rotoXD54REC Recycled Plastic Double Dolly is a tough, sustainable alternative for handling two stacks of 600 x 400mm Euro containers or stack nest trays in non-food contact environments. Designed with the same durable performance as its virgin material counterpart, this dolly is ideal for retail distribution, warehousing, packaging, and general logistics.

Manufactured from recycled black polyethylene, the rotoXD54REC features a dual-aperture in-step base that securely accommodates containers with varying base profiles — including stack-only and 180° stack/nest crates. It supports loads of up to 250kg and is equipped with 4 x 100mm swivel castors for excellent manoeuvrability in high-traffic areas.

Supplied as standard in black, the dolly also offers an optional quick-release plastic handle, enabling safer, hands-off pushing and pulling of stacked containers. The crevice-free moulded design supports quick cleaning and long-term durability.
